AFE is in the "Start-Up" and "Organizational Building" stages of the company's development, where the AFE Team has a vision and a passion for assisting elders.


  • Work closely with elder-care facilities to circumvent problems/issues through mediation before they turn into Complaints to the State and/or legal litigation.
  • Provide a forum to support unique elder-care mediation, with a "win-win" result for affected clients and facilities alike.
  • Protect the elderly in their remaining years.
  • Initiate advocacy action to improve the care and supervision of the elderly.
  • Report abuse and neglect violations to the appropriate authorities.
  • Follow up to see that corrections and redress occur.
  • Provide a public service of referrals for senior issues
